Pala-A Land Of Prosperity

Pala is a municipal town 27 km east of Kottayam in Kerala. Pala has the largest proportion of catholics in Kerala.It is situated  on the banks of the Meenachil River and is the headquarters of the Meenachil Taluk.It is said to be  a land of prosperity.Here the main cultivation is rubber plantations.People in this region are very creative and are hard working.Rubber cultivation in Pala made this town famous all around the world.Pala contributed many geniouses to the world.
